of our Management Team are highly qualified people
with and many years of experience in national and
international companies. In SSM we foster leadership
development and mentoring to ensure the growth of
next generatiopn managers with correct corporate
culture adorned with our traditions and fourty years
of past experiences in medical and pharmaceutical
markets. We also make sure that our quality policies
and long term vision are correctly understood and
fully shared by all of our employees.
During the last four years we have been able to
surpass our training targets each year which motivated
us to set even higher targets for the following
years. Training activities are carefully organized,
carried out and tested according to these plans.
In line with ISO 9001:2000, the efficiency of each
process is seriously evaluated every six months
by our Management Team. Our younger team members
are carefully selected from the distinguished universities
of Turkey. We select them after a four-step psychometric
evaluation test in collaboration with a state-owned
High-Tech development Instute. We make sure that
we hire people who will absorb our leadership development
programs efficiently to be trained as our next
generation managers in the future.
